PS: what is the actual libwebp version? 0.4.0 or 0.5.0?

0.4.1，no plan to update to 0.5.1 PR are welcome

The current version is now 0.5.2 is there a reason not upgrading ?

Seems obsolete now as the webp library is at 1.0.2 in the repo
