Request for SinSR support #233

I'd like to ask for support for SinSR upscaling in chaiNNer.

I saw these comparisons of SinSR versus Helaman's 4xRealWebPhoto_v4_dat2 model, and I think the SinSR results look convincing.

There's a discussion about this at the Enhance Everything Discord channel.

Thanks in advance for possible considering this.

SinSR currently doesn't have a license, so I asked them. https://github.com/wyf0912/SinSR/issues/7

This issue is blocked until the SinSR code is licensed.
