fp16 hasn't been tested throughly, official 2x, 3x, 4x models and 1x custom models should work though.

No idea honestly. I tried doing something similar to test_DAT_tags.

Ah. That DAT tag test was because of DAT tags are a bit weird (#57). Since CRAFT tags are pretty straightforward, I think it's okay to remove the test.
