The plugin page (https://chaijs.github.io/chai-docs/plugins/) has a sidebar of tags, such as async, promises, etc. However these do nothing when clicked.

The old site (still available in master) would, when a sidebar link was clicked, filter the plugin tiles to show only those which apply to the clicked tag.

We should get this behaviour back.
