Removed from CRAN #1

Is there a reason this package was removed from CRAN? We're trying to publish a package that depends on the tests you implement here.

Hi Charlie Another package it depends on was removed. I'll have to find a solution to it before resubmitting. It might take 2-3 weeks. Best Chaim

Hi Charlie I still plan to do it - I definitely want to keep this package alive. I apologize for the delay. The missing part is computing the p-value from the statistic, where I relied on another package that was removed. Again, I hope to deal with it in several weeks.
