Android notification controls do not have skip/rewind/scrubbing capability

The notification/lock screen controls only have a play/pause button but don't have any skipping/scrubbing controls. I'm unclear whether this is the default/expected behavior and if there is a way to add the additional controls. The controls look and behave correctly on IOS but not on android. Any and all help is greatly appreciated

I have the same problem, also the slider for seeking looks like disabled, did you find a solution ?
