edit changes to fix keplr evm signing with wallet added via mnemonics #756

Context:

coinType has to be changed to 118, if not evm signing via a wallet added via mnemonics will fail on Carbon EVM
To prevent validation error: the changes for chainid + additional of bech32Config is required

This change doesn't make it work. There is currently an issue with the EVM functionality within Keplr working properly for chain information with a coin type other than 60. We're working on it, so we appreciate your patience while we resolve this issue. @randy75828

Sure! but is it okay if i add my chain this way first (via a hardcoded json)? The current patch allows me to sign evm transaction (though it may not be the best fix) @delivan
