Import Ledger Account on Opera Crypto Browser #593

Describe the bug Import Ledger account from opera crypto browser always crash and browser close suddenly.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Add Account'
  2. Click on 'Import Ledger'
  3. Browser suddenly closed and re open

Expected behavior Crash browser closed and reopen.

Opera browser is not officially supported, so I'll take a look at it when I have time.

I've seen the same crashing issue in another Chromium-based browser, while Gnosis Safe website works well with Ledger.

It'll be great to have a test through some Chromium-based browsers, at least for those popular in use of Keplr extension.
