This PR supports ChainerX introduced in chainer v6. Note that chainer <= v5 is deprecated when this PR is merged.

[ ] consider supported chainer version for test (chainer==6.0.0 only? with chainerx not installed/installed)
[ ] what to test (numpy, cupy, chainerx native, chainerx cuda ...)
