In the FIXED and FREE pricing schemes this element is the price. In assets with TIMED pricing it appears as “1.001 OCEAN ≈ €0.20” and it’s irrelevant since the prices are in the options below. Let's scrap it.

However, if a user creates a FIXED or FREE datastream (which are valid use cases), then we need the price. So it's conditional: IF subscriptions, THEN no price element.
