test: Bouncer test for DCA Swap

Summary

A simple DCA bouncer test that does a swap in 2 chunks. We can easily expand this if we like, eg more assets, more chunks.

Out of scope:

• Use api instead of RPC. Need new API release.
  • Add DCA params to the bouncer swap functions and CLI swap cmd.
