Strategic goal: Build multi-SBOM analysis capability so that Chainguard products can conduct meaningful analysis of multiple SBOMs.

Tactical goal: Add potential features and functionality to package parsing functionality design proposal for the bom tool. Especially:

Add feature to show ALL known information about a package including name, license, version, and source (e.g. registry info or source code management system URL)
