Should URL be "address"? #5

I think dest-image-address might be more accurate than URL? I guess we can add both and deprecate the old one to avoid breaking changes.

I was also wondering if we should refactor the CLI so it expects source and dest arguments with no - e.g.

incert cert.pem image-to-append-to new-image
