bincapz is now malcontent #464

Closes: #283

This PR renames bincapz to malcontent and refactors all of the original references to bincapz.

There are still several things that need to be done as part of this:

  1. Rename this repository to malcontent 1a. Create a 1.0.0 release when we're ready
  2. Rename the bincapz-samples repository to malcontent-samples
  3. Rename and update the bincapz.yaml file here 3a. The 1.0.0 release will be required for this
  4. Update any external bincapz references to malcontent
