In case of change happens in ConfigMap and/or Secret we need top perform a rolling upgrade on relevant DeploymentConfig, Deployment, Daemonset, Statefulset and Rollout -> Reloader can watch changes in ConfigMap and Secret and do rolling upgrades on Pods with their associated objects.
