Add some justification for why this specific image and versions are important.

A Dockerfile for Sonatype Nexus Repository 3, starting with 3.18 the image is based on the [Red Hat Universal Base Image] while earlier versions used CentOS.

Sonatype only provide nexus as downloadable artifact. So we can't build it from src in Wolfi.
