Dear chainguard maintainers, I saw that some nice person submitted pluto yesterday, so I thought I would try to prepare the pluto image.

I based this on the helm image, which also only contains the helm golang binary and thus should be similar.

There might be things that I messed up or overlooked, so please check thoroughly and point out what I can improve.

As part of a Chainguard effort to reduce code duplication and provide higher quality images, we have stopped accepting pull requests for changes to images in this repository. Due to this, we are closing all pull requests today in order to start fresh.

Actually I still think this would be useful. I have not yet gotten around to fully understand if there is something missing in this PR, so I am not sure if it makes sense to reopen it.
