V2.2 -9.Solution Map for 3 cases #168

Case:

(1) Tell me what is utility and what is security, and why are they associated to blockchain. (2) Explain me how cryptography is transforming finance. Explain me the fundamental concepts to understand why and how blockchain can transform logistic in global supply (or food security, eg. WFP). (3) Explain me which are the key legal aspects for running an ICOs. Show me the countries to do it, why it is better to do it there.

Expected:

-A Map (nodes) which can be generate a list of tuples (in csv) such as: "name", "description", "link", "expected learning time" ...or something relevant. And we can load into database (mysql), -The DB schema and contents

All three solutions have been passed to the team and are ready for upload
