[WIP] Enforce code style #14

Steps:

1) Add prettier 2) Add eslint and an appropriate configuration file 3) Add a git pre-hook 4) Add some sort of CI (Travis, Circle, ...)

This PR is more of a discussion to see what the team thinks about different configurations.
