Create proof of concept for scsc #4

Create a program that runs this command and outputs the supply chain of the smart contract at address 0xabcdef012345678 at block number 1234. ./scsc --block 1234 --address 0xabcdef012345678

[x] python script with cli
[x] select of tool that collects data from the blockchain
[x] analyse the collected data to output the result
[x] decide the output format (e.g. dependency tree)
