Remove segwit address support #15

This pull request is a part of #13 Note that this pull request does not remove all segwit support. For example, we have a 'witness' field in TxIn struct.

INV の witness block, tx のバリアントが残っていたので、消したほうが良いかなとも思いましたが、coreの方も残っているので、消すならcoreのを消すタイミングかなと思いました。

ということでLGTMです。
