Release v1.0.0-alpha.1 version #57

Make a release based on update_on_bitcoin_0.31.x branch as v0.5.0-alpha.1 version.

Steps

  1. https://github.com/chaintope/rust-tapyrus/issues/41
  2. Reset master branch to update_on_bitcoin_0.31.x branch.
  3. Update the version to v0.5.0-alpha.1.
  4. Update CHANGELOG.md files
  5. Make crate.io release.
  6. Make release note on GitHub.
