Add extra field to block header #109

Block#hash()がなにやっているのかわからなかったんですが、ログ以外では使っていないようなので、放置してます。

もともとブロックハッシュを返すための関数だと思いますが、federation management が実装されて、集約公開鍵がセットされた場合に正しい値を返せなくなっているのだと思います。正しい値を返すようにするか、消したほうが混乱が無い気がします。 使っていないのであれば、消して良いのでは。
