通过keystore导入账户进ChainX dapps signer出现无法转账的错误 #22

Step1. 通过老版电脑钱包备份keystore Step2. 通过Chainx chorme signer 导入keystore账户 Step3. 老版电脑钱包设置的转账密码为全小写 Step4: 导入signer 后，显示无法提息和转账的error（Salt must be a buffer or string）

解决办法：通过私钥导入signer，重新设置密码（含大写字母），提息和转账均显示成功。
