Date Created Format - EpiCollect Plus #33

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create entry
2. Download data
3. View data

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Date format, eg 21/09/2013
Not date format, eg 1379519979098

Which handset or browser did you notice the problem on? On what operating
system? What is the name of the Project that you were trying to use?
Data is in same format in CSV, XML & TSV.  Project name (EpiCollect+) - 
MissionRabies

Please provide any additional information below.
The correct date seems to be stored online as we can sort by date there.  We 
also need to extract individual days offline but this is not possible due to 
current 'Created' date/time format.

Ok, got it, it's the Unix timestamp...
