Create basic UI design for Phase I

• Users can create accounts (only email and password)
• Users can login and logout
• Users can add papers
• Papers are just a title, abstract, and link
• Users can upvote or downvote papers
• Users can view the amount of upvotes or downvotes.
• Users can do a very simple text search for papers
