Does not add a "bin" folder. #60

I've tried reinstalling a couple times now but without any luck. Each time the bin folder is not created. I looked at the build log and I thought it was trying to say I needed net 8.0 even though I downloaded the one from the readme, so I tried that and still nothing. I can't seem to figure out what's going wrong. (edit: also if I run the .bat as admin it just closes immediately) explorer_FGtVkYMgBY build_log.txt
