Transition is a modern new approach to transit planning. It's a web application to model, simulate and plan public transit and alternative transportation.
It would be useful from a planning perspective to be able to restrict transit routing to only accessible stops/stations/routes.
GTFS feeds usually contain a "wheelchair accessible" attribute, but routes don't IIRC so we should have the ability to specify that in the line properties.
