Contact Us - Incorrect linking, tel & mailto tags missing #22

Issue:

Required Behavior:

  1. Add mailto tag to email ID
  2. Add tel tag to phone numbers
  3. Remove anchor tag from the address. Only "Get Directions" to be hyperlinked.
