src attribute is not working because of outdated strapdown.min.js in cdn

Hello,

Thanks a lot for the awesome project.

The js file in the CDN (http://cdn.ztx.io/strapdown/strapdown.min.js) doesn't have the change which is introduced in the PR #97 so src attribute is not working.

It would be nice if you can update the js files.
