Update data downloading & stylistic improvements #16

This PR includes some minor improvements:

Recently, RNAsolo has removed older download archives, so I've uploaded the exact date cutoff we used in our benchmarks to my own Google Drive and updated installation instructions to use this.
Add PDB ids for data splits used in our benchmarks, in case someone is manually downloading the latest RNAsolo but still wants to compare on our benchmark splits.
Stylistic changes to notebooks.
Other minor fixes to libraries being installed.
