What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when you run hammer.sh file is gives this error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It should successfully build but I get this error
scons: *** No SConstruct file found.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
libjingle 0.6.14
scons 2.2.0 (I have also tried using Scons 2.0.1 but it dint work)
Mac OS X Lion

Please provide any additional information below.
I've tried different solutions but none of them worked, please help
