Add template for Case Studes #5

A case study should be a single page. We need a general template for the sections. Suggest one here.

Headings for case studies could be:

  1. Pest Damage and Economic Impact (Description of the pest problem, damage and economic impact)
  2. Pest Distribution (Where the pest is found)
  3. Chalcid Wasp Introduction (Description, life history, and life cycle of the chalcid wasp that attacks the pest)
  4. Chalcid Wasp Distribution and Impact (Release information, if applicable, distribution and impact on pest)
  5. Research (current research about the chalcid wasp controlling the pest, if applicable)
