Identify scope of "processing" an article

Assumptions

• A source is assigned to a single curator
• We want to minimize management, and maximize curation activities. Adding tags means curating tags.
• We have the ability to programatically show what has/not been done as a review system.

Question

• Do we assign a booking system in TW, or do we leave it to the responsibility of the TW curators?

Proposal

If an article is tagged with "Processed", then the following data have been extracted:

* Nomenclature * Asserted distributions * Host relationships * Source topics # Possible aiding features for the curator * Reminders -> You have unfinished "stuff" * You have X tagged "Processing"
