Add "ids" section to file #8

In the newer iterations of the SciData framework format a section of ids has been added to represent any uniquely referenced thing (i.e. a URI to defined entity like a molecule, etc.). This section will enhance the findability of the information without requiring the whole file.

This needs to have any field data with an ontology link to it. See https://sds.coas.unf.edu/trc/datasets/scidata2/033449 for example.
