2 years ago ~I think this is for a different plugin. The black box you speak of, is it like this one? if it is, you'll want to ask in https://github.com/kalilistic/PriceCheck or Dalamud discord (read rules first, then explain your PriceCheck issue in #plugin-issues-help).~
After talking with people about this, you might be refering to this plugin https://github.com/Kouzukii/ffxiv-priceinsight So you'll want to make the bug report there if that's the case.
Marketbuddy only does 1 thing when holding CTRL: post an item at the price you have in your clipboard. That's why your report doesn't sound like this plugin.

What are you trying to do?
I was checking the price on supply mission items. Then the black box that pops whenever you press ctrl to fetch the updates keeps flickering as if ctrl is being constantly held down. This behavior doesn't happen in Inventory/Crafting list. (I'm not sure where else I can check for it.)
What is the expected behavior?
That it doesn't flicker/remains static. It doesn't automatically fetch prices (I think? Unless something changed)
What actually happened?
It seems to be automatically refreshing prices without me holding ctrl down.
