In the web interface ( on the SG ) - under Administation Go to Discovery - CDP Interface Settings Make sure CDP status is enabled
Under Discovery - LLDP Properties Make sure its enabled
Run the program as Administrator - it should work ( Tested on a SG200 )
Can confirm that works with a SG300 with LLDP and CDP enabled.
I tried using the tool from my laptop to a Cisco SG switch. It has an invalid port info.
