Wooting broken #1

!woot command does not appear to be functioning anymore.

Correction, it IS working, but it occasionally fires too early and prevents the song from actually getting wooted. Potential solution is to check the status of the woot button to see if it's actually been pressed.

Workaround: meh the song and then woot it.
