Feature cells in Today view should support badging. #46

Twitarr and Forums cells would show unseen @mention count, Seamail cell would show # of threads with new messages.

Maybe have Schedule badge to show upcoming followed event.

The twitarr badge in particular is predicated on adding UI to let the user see their mentions easily.

Implemented for Seamail cell. Now at least iPad users can see their unread count somewhere (previously only the Seamail tab was badged, and iPad doesn't use the tab bar controller).
