Twitarr header should support filtering options like Forums header does. #47

Menu items would be:

Everything Mentions Favorites Search w/text entry

This may also be the place to put a threaded/nonthreaded toggle. Threaded mode would hide posts that have parents, but the parent post would indicate that it has replies.
