The website will need a django framework.

The djangogirls tutorial is a great place to get started. Their blog tutorial should make a reasonable basis and could be edited to suit.

Feel free to make suggestions and pull requests.

It may be useful to describe your ideas and discuss them prior to expending a significant amount of time on an implementation, to help ensure that we are on the same page.
