The idea from the previous team was that all messages handled by the front node (BBB before, now STM32) will have CID 219. Kept it since the idea was to add the STM as soon as possible. I will keep this for now since the STM microservice was set to use CID 219 by @namv1994. Not sure if this is how it should be in the end.
