Conflate same name (1,2,3) stops for display in lists and single pages #133

There are many instances of two or three stops with the same name but different stop code. See for instance hutatmachowk, hindujahospital, bhoiwada.

On the web these pages are appended with numbers, so there are multiple pages for the same stop name. In stop lists on route pages these stop names are repeated.

How to conflate these for search and display? This anticipates problems of many shelters to stops.
