Verify holiday lookups for printing frequencies via 'schedule' in Atlas. Consult BEST for 2013 holidays. best_holidays_2012

Have obtained the BEST 2013 Holidays as herewith. But how do I enter them in the admin? These entries are not editable. http://chalobest.in/admin/mumbai/holiday/

Holiday schedules were editable... I see that dates are not.. Checking
