This release add build script

and also adds ./install script for building locally, hope it helps someone

@dalisoft How does this add Apple Silicon support? This is just adding a CLI build script from what I see, but you can already build the app within XCode.

Oh @chamburr. Sorry then. This build script worked for me to build aarch64 architecture on my both Intel and M1 machines, so I made PR.
