[Feature Request] Custom Properties / SSA subtitles / More hardcoded subtitles option / Encode Past Time info #5

I was searching for a good avconv frontend, and I think I've found it : Curlew is an attractive, simple and in one word - great - app. Thank you ! Congratulations for this work ! As I was trying to reencode a mkv to avi, with subtitles, some little enhancement ideas showed up : 1 - A full custom option : in "format menu", an option that will let us choose container, audio and/or video encode, subtitle etc etc etc. I was not able to find any way to achieve this but maybe I did not search enough ? 2 - Curlew doesn't recognize SSA subtitles at the moment, is it planned ? 3 - More harcoded subtitles options ("embed in frame" option ?) 4 - An accurate "time passed" info : actually, not sure why, curlew "seems" quite slower than others frontends I tried (Hybrid), which is not normal as the other ones use avconv as well. So I think I'm wrong and maybe Curlew run faster that what it showed up. Sorry for my approximative english and, anyway, keep up the good work !

Hello,

1- I not understand this point, but you can click on "Advanced" expander to see more custom options, or you can write other option under "Other opts" entry. 2- Curlew uses "mencoder" for embedding subtitle (converting with subs), i d'nt know if mencoder support SSA subs (I'm not an expert in mencoder so much) If you want give me an example. 3- I was added "harddup" option. Is it your meaning, else give me an example. 4- Elapsed time has been added. Feel free to do some comparisons :)

Thank you.
