Window title fonts not being rendered by MacType #113

- Using registry mode
- Using default profile
- Windows 8.1 (Update 1)
- MacType 2013.1231.0
- Custom font (Roboto Condensed)

Window title fonts are not being rendered by MacType, except on Windows 
Explorer and possibly a few other apps (Paint also renders correctly).
