Add support for NatDex 1.1.3 #13

The latest version of the android randomizer does not work with the NatDex 1.1.3 patch found here: https://github.com/CyanSMP64/NatDexExtension/releases/tag/v1.1.3

The 1.1.3 update is mainly just cosmetic changes for super kaizo. You can still play that with the super preset on 1.1.0 without the cosmetic changes.

The other changes between those versions are fairly minor, and not really worth adding 6 more configurations for (3 per game). Going forward I only plan on adding support for larger updates, since otherwise it will become hard to maintain.
