When using the following in the command line:
_show-tables, add-metagenomics-study, and add-experimental-data-study
errors occur. There is not issues within the code itself, but with how it is used amongst the command line. Additionally, it is not fully clear on how to use these in the command line interface.
These commands are all within the Database module within the ADToolbox.
