Anyone know how to make tooltips? #3

If you can make tooltips for all the buttons, that would be neat.

I found http://tooltipsy.com/ to be easy to implement and modify

I will add it to the rationale that our menu will have tooltips. If we do have time, you can integrate the one found by Sean.
